The newest addition to the Wing's fleet, the SNB is currently undergoing restoration, coordinated by the Dewline Squadron in Amarillo.  When this is completed, it will be a companion and support aircraft for the SB2C as "The Beast" travels to airshows and fly-ins.

The SNB is a Navy designation for the Beech 18. The Navy (and Marine Corps) also operated it as the JRB.  The same aircraft was known as the C-45 "Expeditor" in Army service.  Variants were also used for training (the AT-11 "Kansan" and "Navigator") and patrol.

For details on the restoration of the SNB, visit the Dewline Squadron's website.
